Discretion and trust in employee is not something in the culture at this casino. When I tipped ($7) the pit boss said something to the dealer that also indicated they exercise iron fist control. I cashed out with less than $75 and had to wait. Dealers are slow to make change as they seem to be watched for even the smallest transactions. I moved to a remote lot and walked back to the casino.
